Captain Tony Cozad, is a United States coast guard licensed, 100 ton captain, whom graduated from Santa Barbara city college with an A.S. degree in Marine Technology. After spending 11 years working in the recreational boating industry in South East Asia, Tony relocated to Dana Point , CA in 1995. Tony is an active member of the Dana point marina.
